Bridal Showers are already so exciting and fun, but add in the element of surprise and you’ve entered a whole new level of excitement! Like seriously, if you are planning a bridal shower in the near future make it a surprise shower, it does take a little more work but you will not be disappointed!
Planning this Breakfast at Tiffanys themed Bridal Shower for my future-sister-in-law, alongside her bridesmaids, was just too much fun! We went for a Champagne Brunch style with a mimosa bar, brunch themed food, and of course some cupcakes and a cake to top it off!
From the self-serve yogurt parfait bar, adorable mini pancake stacks (props to Bry on those!), mini pull-apart cinnamon bites, to the diamond ring donuts, cheesecake, cupcakes, and pearl-accented Tiffany blue cake! Everything was perfect and oh-so delicious!
The Mimosa Bar was lots of fun: with orange juice, of course, and a few others, some fruit garnish, and lots of champagne! A cute sign with some sample mimosa drink recipes complimented this perfectly.
Mimosa Bar Tip: include some frozen berries (cranberries, raspberries and/or blueberries work great) and not only will they taste delicious but they’ll keep your drink cold too! 😉
The photo booth was a huge hit among all! As a first time user of the INSTAX Polaroid camera, I can honestly say if you are contemplating getting one… Do it! It will not disappoint! The quick developing Polaroids worked great and the bride-to-be had an awesome little book to take home to remember the day!
I made these cute little Breakfast at Tiffanys themed photo booth props (now available for order – see shop!) and we all had a blast taking photos upon photos!
And of course what’s brunch without coffee and tea! To complement our tea cart I made some chalkboard style frames featuring photos of each of the bridesmaids and flower girl with the bride-to-be in a Meet the Maids style.
Bridal Shower Tip: Serving tea or coffee at your shower? Pull out those cute and adorable tea cups collecting dust in your china cabinet! Credit to my mother for that tip!
And last but not least, what’s a party without a party favor? 😉 The guest took home mini champagne bottles, and I have to say, are they not the cutest little things?!
